ANIMAL EXCLUSION WARRANTIES

Wildlife Extractors will reinspect your property after being notified of any problems or concerns within 3 business days, weather permitting. After the reinspection is complete, we will immediately take the proper actions to resolve any warranty issues free of charge. Any deterioration of the structure or property is not covered. Damage by animals other than those specified in the contract voids the warranty.Work performed by the homeowner, any outside contracted services, or any other person other than a Wildlife Extractors employee, that alters work in any way voids the warranty. It is suggested that after any maintenance, work, or outside services have been completed, the work should be reinspected , requiring a $75.00 fee to ensure that the warranty is still in effect. If any additional work is needed, other charges will apply.
